Public Open House of the New Mound Center

This has been anything-but-a-smooth-transition…AND we’re moving into our newly renovated space at the Mound! The next-iteration of the Sinsinawa Mound Center is about to be open to the public. Come celebrate our open house event on Sunday, August 3rd.

The past weeks and days have seen more devastating curve balls than Satchel Paige’s pitching career. Nevertheless, we’ve managed to stay on-track with completion of our project and the move into the new space—step-by-step. The schedule has been nail-bitingly tight but we’ve had the just-in-time breakthroughs on the urgent issues we didn’t know existed.

Once we’re settled in after the 4th break, we’ll shift our focus fully to the series of opening events, culminating with the August 3rd Public Open House. Please invite others who might be interested.

Just as exciting, the next week, in the renovated St. Clara Chapel we will celebrate the first, First Vow ceremony in over 60 years there—congrats and thank you to Sr. Julie!
